When students register for the information session, they will receive a confirmation email with a calendar invite and reminder emails leading up to your session. I’ve assigned this event to you in Slate so when you go to your Graduate Program Portal (behind a credential wall) you can navigate to the “Events & Forms” tab> “Assigned Events” button> “Find Event(s)” button and it should populate the event itself. From there you can click into the events and see the registrants, etc. You should also have access to download the registrants as well. Please feel free to reach out if you have questions or need assistance.
Additionally, you indicated that you were interested in having a Graduate Admissions Counselor attend your event. If you would like someone to be available to answer general application/admissions questions during the session, please let me know and I am happy to login.
